Delete your account
In the app
Open Settings and tap "Delete all my data". The app asks you to sign in again, then deletes your account, its backup on our server and the data on your phone right away.
Without the app
Email ensardasdeveloper@gmail.com from the email address of the account you signed in with (Apple or Google), with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account and its data within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (account ID, email, name).
- Your food log backup, goal, body weight and settings on our server.
- Your usage counters.
Copies in our encrypted nightly backups expire within 30 days. The purchase record at RevenueCat stays, as Apple and Google need it for your subscription history. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
